What a friendly, inclusive environment! Rory, the business owner, instructs details well and runs an detailed fundamentals programme. This isn't the gym for you if you want to smash people, everyone here is interested in learning technique and helping their training partner do the same. I don't leave reviews until I think my comments are informed, and after 9months I think I can safely say they now are.

A great club. My 11 year old attends a junior session which is very well coached and managed, the class size is not too big and there are normally 2 or 3 instructors making a great ratio of instructors to children. The facilities are very good, very safe and the focus is always on safety when the kids are learning new techniques. My lad loves it and the other kids all seem to as well. I would highly recommend the club.
